Golden Age Portraits offers both community-based portrait days and private sessions, each designed to create meaningful, lasting images for families.
Complimentary Community Portrait Day
Golden Age Portraits partners with senior living communities to offer a complimentary portrait day for residents — creating meaningful, high-quality images for families to cherish.
Golden Age Portraits handles the majority of the planning and portrait-day workflow. Communities simply provide a date, a suitable space, and help share the event with residents and their families.
What’s Included
- On-site portrait sessions for residents
- Professionally edited portraits
- All resident images delivered to the community in low resolution for internal use
- Optional marketing use with photographer credit when shared publicly
- Optional high-resolution image licensing available for purchase
Before Portrait Day
- Help selecting the best date and time for your community
- Promotional flyer(s) provided for staff, residents, and families
- Simple planning support to help make the day smooth and successful
Community Partnership
Communities help promote the event to residents and their families and share the private gallery link afterward. A simple partnership agreement may be used to confirm the details, responsibilities, and image-sharing process.

- No staff headshots
- No employee group photos
- No event coverage included
After portrait day, a private gallery link is provided for the community to share with residents and their families. From there, prints, digitals, and keepsake products may be purchased directly.
Private Portrait Sessions
For families who would like a more personalized experience, private portrait sessions are available.
Session Fee: $250
- Includes one high-resolution digital portrait
- Guided, one-on-one portrait experience
- Private online gallery for viewing and ordering
- Additional digitals, prints, and heirloom products available for purchase
- Travel fees may apply outside of Rocklin, CA
