Support Something Meaningful

Sponsorship Opportunities

Golden Age Portraits was created to preserve the presence, stories, and legacy of our elders through timeless portraiture.

There are two ways to support this work—by sponsoring a Portrait Day for a community, or by gifting a private Legacy Session for someone you love.

Sponsor a Portrait Day

Sponsoring a Portrait Day allows an entire community of residents to participate in a meaningful portrait experience, with the opportunity to receive a portrait at no cost to them or their families.

What This Includes

  • Fully organized Portrait Day experience
  • Professional portrait sessions for participating residents
  • Edited portraits delivered through an online gallery
  • Opportunity for residents to receive a portrait through sponsorship
  • Guided support for the hosting community

Impact

This creates a meaningful experience for residents and their families, while ensuring these portraits are created and received in a timely way.

Portrait Day sponsorships typically begin at $1,000+, depending on the size of the community.

Gift a Legacy Session

A Legacy Session is a private, sponsored portrait and interview experience created for one individual—designed to preserve their story, presence, and legacy in a deeply meaningful way.

What’s Included

  • Private portrait session (60–90 minutes)
  • 3–5 final portraits delivered in black & white and color
  • Printing rights for all final images
  • One keepsake print (approximately 12x18)
  • A guided life-story interview
  • Optional written summary or recorded story

Ideal For

  • Honoring a parent or grandparent
  • Preserving a loved one’s story
  • Creating meaningful portraits before it’s too late
  • Giving a deeply personal and lasting gift

Investment

Legacy Sessions start at $1,500 locally.

Travel-based sessions are available and quoted based on location, time, and accommodations required.

Scheduling

Legacy Sessions are arranged in coordination with the participant and/or a designated family contact. The individual must be willing and available to participate, and scheduling is confirmed once communication is established.

Why This Matters

Many families don’t realize how few meaningful portraits they have of their loved ones until it’s too late. These images often become the ones that are held onto, shared, and remembered for generations.

Sponsorship allows this work to reach more people—creating something lasting for families, communities, and future generations.
