Everything you need to know about scheduling a Portrait Day, what’s included, and how to prepare.
Yes. We bring a compact studio setup and coordinate with your activities director to schedule a “Portrait Day.” We prioritize accessibility and work at a calm, comfortable pace.
It’s organized like school picture day. Residents sign up for a 10-minute slot. We photograph 10–20 residents in one day and handle selections and delivery afterwards.
The sitting fee includes one retouched digital file (delivered in both color and black & white) and one 8×10 archival-quality print. Families can purchase additional prints or digital files if they wish.
Absolutely. Many communities choose a flat-fee option to gift portraits to their residents. We’ll tailor the number of residents (e.g., 10–20 in a day) and handle everything end-to-end.
Yes—if families are present that day, we can add a quick portrait with children or grandchildren as time allows, or schedule a separate Generational Heirloom session.
We design the day around resident comfort. Chairs are provided, posing is gentle, and we adjust timing for mobility needs. Please let us know any accommodations in advance.
Simple, solid colors work best. Avoid busy patterns or logos. A favorite sweater, jacket, or accessory adds personality. We’ll guide posture, hands, and expression on the day.
